How is data security organized?

We keep your data under control and only store it in the Netherlands. We are happy to leave the hosting of the physical devices and setting up the data center to experts who excel in this field. Our partner has been carefully selected based on criteria such as safety, continuity, level of knowledge and first class equipment.

We only use certified servers in the Netherlands for this. The data on these servers remain completely under our control. This results in the ideal combination of total control over the data and a very reliable server park. The servers meet very high security and data quality standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security. We take your data security seriously. In addition to TiQiT, the Dutch tax and customs administration and Philips NV also use these servers.

Also the Dutch software house that builds, manages and further develops TiQiT on a daily basis is one of the top companies. Innovative tools have been developed for large international corporations such as Microsoft. Of course, the software house also meets the highest requirements in terms of security and data quality (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified).

Data security in TiQiT

Thanks to this approach, we are fully compliant with Dutch regulations. TiQiT always uses SLL (Secure Socket Layer) and since the software house monitors the validity of certificates and automatically renews them, the front door, access to your information, is always secure.

These measures secure your information in TiQiT at the absolute top level. In addition, measures have been taken to prevent users from (unintentionally) compromising this high level of security. For example, users can invite new users (this counteracts a rigid management system), but the invited user never has Rights as the sender of this invitation. In addition, requests and adjustments can always be assigned to a person and a location. For this reason, the use of general email addresses (e.g. @hotmail and @gmail) is restricted.
